Our History
Champion Benefits was founded in 2000 by Ruth Smith. Prior to that Ruth worked at AT&T for 20 years in executive positions in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. All positions held were focused on providing solutions for small to medium sized companies which is the company's continuing focus. We are a privately held corporation, woman owned with a retention rate of 97%.
