A double graduate of Pepperdine University with both her Bachelor’s degree and an MBA, Jayme brings a high-level perspective to the table. She specializes in navigating the high-stakes complexities of California regulations, turning what is often a source of stress into a clear, manageable roadmap for growth.
Her mission is simple: to provide business owners with the clarity and confidence they need to lead their teams effectively. Whether she is guiding a growing startup or an established corporation, Jayme provides the hands-on guidance and proactive advocacy that sets Champion Benefits apart.

Jayme is an active member of the Malibu Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce (PaliBu), where she has stepped into a vital leadership role. As the head of the Women’s Leadership Committee, she is honored to guide and empower local entrepreneurs. She is deeply passionate about this role, finding great joy in engaging with and supporting the diverse businesses that make her community thrive.
